BIO:
Danielle Michaels born in Columbus, Ohio who went on to become the first attorney in her family is committed to serving the needs of her clients and community. Solution based mindset and a practice oriented spirt while attending UIC John Marshall Law School Danielle pursed Alternative Dispute Resolution methods. Since 2018 Danielle has mediated a number of cases ranging from small claims and domestic relations. Danielle has served for the courts of Illinois and Ohio as well as providing peer mediation training to local high schools. This includes conducting “Constitution in the Classroom” free of charge to any middle or high school classrooms. She has gained experience at the trial and appellate judicial system as a 711-law clerk and since becoming a dual state law license applicant. Since being licensed Danielle has become well-versed in many areas of the law, Buckley and Michaels Attorneys at law primarily focuses on business law, contract law, traffic violations, domestic relations cases, and criminal defense. Danielle successfully represents clients in all phases of a legal dispute from contract creation and/or negotiation, trial, or appeal hearings, making sure her clients voice is heard.
